Mother's Day
I have no pictures, just thought I would share really quick. Brien made me french toast, it seems that 90% of the moms had french toast for breakfast. Mine was a baked french toast, more of a traditional French pain perdu. He didn't have a meeting that morning, so he was able to help get Z ready for church that day. For dinner we had shredded beef sandwiches. The leftovers were transformed into burritos and quesadillas. I don't mind eating leftovers, I just prefer to remake the food into something different whenever possible. I can get bored with the same meal 3 days in a row. For a gift Brien purchased me a flowering plant and a set of eco-friendly pots (they are made with recyled material). This past Saturday I was able to pick a plant for the second pot. I just wanted to share that he was a good husband and took care of me on my day.

French toast and flowers...sounds like a good day.
I got a couple phone calls wishing me a happy mother's day...only from people who love my Maggie as much as I do, though. She's my baby. Spoiled, that's for sure.
