I'm becoming a grown-up

We signed and submitted an offer on a house today. The outside has no curb appeal, mostly due to the lack of landscaping (there is none) but the inside is in pretty good shape. The house was built around 1955, and under the carpet we have the original hardwood floors (that we will have to refinish). When we are inside that house we felt so goo, we just knew it had to be right. Now we just have to cross our fingers that we can either get it for a good price or the appraisal will come in lower than the agreed upon price, so we can force him down a bit.
