I just thought I would add a few pictures from the Idaho family reunion a few weeks ago (9/16).
Since I haven't been to Idaho since I was 4 I thought I would take a picture of the first visit I will clearly remember to the Potato State.
In front of the Idaho Falls Temple
While packing to leave that Friday we realized Brien's temple recommend was lost(while driving we pieced together some clues and realized it had been washed), but we decided to just go to the grounds since we purposely booked a hotel that was across the river from the temple. This was the weekend that a cold front was coming through and we were freezing. It was cold and windy and we didn't have the clothes with us to dress for the weather.
The Logan TempleWe drove from Idaho Falls to a little town just past Logan to spend Saturday (9/16) night. Our real purpose for driving through Logan was to pick up dog food, Jack's brand isn't at the grocery store, but Brien was quickly sidetracked by visiting one of his college towns. He took me on a little tour of the town. We ended our visit by eating at a fun little restaraunt, The Bluebird, and we even bought a couple of souvenir salad plates. If you come visit us you just might have your dessert on one of them.
One of Brien's residences while an student at Utah State.Brien really enjoyed his undergraduate years. I think it will be great to drive through Ephraim one of these years and have him show me around there.
