Since getting our wireless router the internet on my laptop went from great, to okay, to bad, to nothing. We figured it was related to our IP addresses, but after talking with AT&T (internet) and Belkin (the router) we just kept having trouble and felt frustrated. It was affecting our marriage because we were so annoyed with spending time trying to fix the problem. We had email help and phone help. Brien asked me to call Belkin (again) today, and reluctantly I finally did.
In the end it was an Indian woman who fixed our problem. Brien probably wouldn't have been able to understand her, I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with her and our problem appears to be solved. We'll have to test it out tomorrow with both of us on our computers surfing the web together. (Doesn't that just sound romantic?)

It is sad when a piece of technology affects a relationship but, it did. Andrea makes it sound like I cannot understand an Indian accent. I can, and that is how I was able to get the router to work the first few days. It is nice to come home and not have anyone say, "the internet is having problems again". That is just not what a person wants to hear after a long day at work.
Luckily our love is bigger than a small technology problem.
