Zarina loves Wall-E. It was the first movie she saw in the theater with us. It was probably the first movie we saw after having her. Anyways, we bought it recently, but hadn't watched it. I was reading on Amazon.com that some people were having trouble with their DVD's (mostly skips and scratches) so I thought we should watch ours.
The movie was just starting as Zarina got up from her nap. She sat in my lap talking and pointing at the TV whenever Wall-E was on the screen. Even now, after 30 minutes, she has started to play with her toys, but she will point at Wall-E on the TV.
As a sidenote, she finally walked a few steps yesterday. I would like to remind you that she is 15 months old, and just not that interested in free-standing walking. Yesterday she was mad at me for not picking her up. She was standing by the kitchen sink, touching the cupboard for support, and I put out my hands and she walked the few steps to get to my arms. Later in the day I tried the same thing and she sat on the floor and crawled the short distance over to me. I would like her to walk so that she'll stop collecting dog hair on her knees.
Also, her appetite is getting back to normal. Another tooth broke through, so I think we are through the worst of the teething for this moment. Hopefully, the cranky baby has been traded back for te happy baby for at least a month.

Eden Loves Wall-E. We watch it at least once a week depending on how many movies we let the girls watch.
"It's my favorite" as Eden would say.
