November Review in Pictures

So back in November, Zarina was finally able to meet Zarina. ()I might have promised Zarina that I wouldn't put this picture on my blog). It was late, so little Zarina was in her PJ's; we were there until 1am.

The dish fairy visited and helped to clean the kitchen. (What you can't see is that she's wearing snow boots with Cookie Monster PJ pants).

We were able to go to Yosemite Nat'l Park.

We cropped Brien out of this picture and blew it up to an 8x10 to hang on our wall. It turned out quite nice.

At this moment she was calling out, "No pictures! No pictures!" She didn't want to ride in the hiking backpack anymore, nor did she want to walk. Zarina was requesting that we carry her in our arms. She would hang back while we walked ahead, and then stomp her feet as she caught up with us. The other tourists also thought this was funny.

We visited King's Canyon N.P. and checked out the Sequoias.

Zarina took an uncomfortable nap in the hotel room while we were on the road.

You do what you can to amuse yourself on a long car ride.

Zarina loves the train. We were able to ride for free* (just had to donate a can of food for me) when they did the Scouting for Food train ride. Brien helped to take scouts around that morning, so there wasn't a charge for him either. Zarina loves her "train hat" and wears it our quite often.
