We have some friends who have watched Jack for us a few times when we have gone out of town and we are currently returning the favor. Naya and Scout are well behaved, and I was able to get all three to pose for the above picture within 3 minutes. I would like to say that our house is too small to have 3 dogs on a permanent basis. Naya (black rug) is assumed to be some kind of German Sheperd mix, and while she is gentle and nice, she is HUGE. When one dog gets up to follow you into another room the other two have to follow. Brien put the baby gate up in our doorway Sunday morning so they would stop walking in and sniffing our faces.
One bad habit that Jack has developed is he now barks when we come home. Previously he would only bark at arrivals when someone was in the house with him. I guess he does now have the other dogs in the house with him.
Funny moment. Sunday night after we went to bed the dogs got spooked and barked. We heard Jack come in our room, Brien then decided to move Jack's cushion into our room for the night. When he got up he was surprised/slightly scared when he stumbled across the other dogs. We had no idea they were in the room.
We were warned not to leave food out because they will get it. After having a package of bread on the counter for the last few days the temptation today must have been too great because I came home to find a bag on the floor with a hole torn in it. I think there was half of a loaf left. I'm happy Jack can't reach the counter.
A positive from this experience: Brien has decided he doesn't want to get a second dog. Maybe that's because he doesn't want 4 in the house the next time we doggy-sit for a few days. Really it hasn't been a bad experience, just a bit overwelming, like watching lots of kids while there parents are out of town.

Sounds like you had fun, even though it was a full house. I'm more a fan of visit the house the dog is at and leave it at that. I'm honestly not much of a dog fan...never was, which probably curses me to marry an obsessive dog-lover who will make me have five dogs....remember the Viles in Skow? Now they had a houseful!
